Shortly before midnight on Wednesday, May 2nd, after several hours of negotiations, the UTN and District reached a tentative agreement. The full Board of Education was present for this session. It is anticipated that both parties will sign a Memorandum of Agreement later today.
Details of the agreement, which is subject to ratification by both parties, are forthcoming.
The customary ratification process will be followed pursuant to the UTN Constitution and By-laws.
