In light of the recent passage of the Tax Cap, the June 29th negotiations session with the mediator was mutually postponed to
enable both sides to further review and discuss the implications and ramifications of the Tax Cap.
A small group of representatives (Antoinette Blanck, Sean Callahan, Marylou McDermott, John Gross and Regina Cafarella) met for nearly four hours on July 7th at the Offices of Ingerman Smith. The majority of the discussion focused on the tax cap. It is expected that both parties will return to the table on August 1st to continue discussions.
