CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS
UPDATE # 17

The UTN Negotiations Team and District representatives have agreed to the mediator assigned by PERB (Public Employment Relations Board) and the first session has been scheduled. Both parties will meet on Monday, March 14th at 6:30 p.m. with Mediator, Robert Simmelkjaer. While this is the first session with the mediator, it is the 17th negotiations session between the UTN and District. It is hoped that a neutral, third party will assist in bringing the two sides closer together and to an ultimate settlement.
